Program Overview
The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Program by Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) for 2025 is designed to identify and nurture fresh engineering talent across India. Successful candidates will be trained and placed in key technical roles within various verticals of the company, offering an excellent platform for career growth.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the GET Program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education:
- Full-time B.Tech/B.E. degree from any AICTE-approved institute.
- Fields: Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Civil, Metallurgical, or Instrumentation.
- Minimum CGPA/Percentage:
- A minimum of 60% or 6 CGPA across 10th, 12th, and Diploma (if applicable).
- At least 60% aggregate in engineering (up to the latest semester).
- No Active Backlogs: Students with any current active backlogs or cases of academic detention are not eligible.
Recruitment Process
- Registration:
- Start: 19 Sep 2024, 10:00 AM IST
- End: 06 Oct 2024, 11:59 PM IST
Interested candidates must register online within the given dates.
- Screening:
- Start: 07 Oct 2024, 12:00 AM IST
- End: 18 Oct 2024, 11:59 PM IST
Registered candidates will be screened by the RIL team based on their applications.
- Assessment:
- Start: 21 Oct 2024, 10:00 AM IST
- End: 24 Oct 2024, 10:00 PM IST
Shortlisted candidates will go through an online assessment, including a Cognitive Test and Subject Matter Test. Assessment timings will be communicated to the shortlisted candidates.

Compensation
- Non-IITs: INR 7.5 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum)
- IITs: INR 9 LPA
